Todays post and the next few are brought to you by the Zoo in Columbus Ohio, my second home away from home. Last month they opened a new section of the zoo called “The Heart of Africa” and its awesome! Besides the Lions getting new diggs, they have brought in Giraffes, wilderbeasts, Gazelles, and Zebras as well as some new birds. All this on 43 acres of land and a HUGE panoramic run for the animals to play in. The Gazelles can actually run at full speed in the area dodging the wilderbeasts and giraffes, its really cool. More pics to come from my days off at the zoo..:-)
