A really boring Monday
Well as I sat in the Wal Mart parking lot in Bay City Michigan I started wondering what it looked like for the bugs I photograph and I came up with this…
It took awhile to set up, I’m glad I had both triopds and my spare camera.
Then the rain clouds rolled in and the sky grew dark, and the temp dropped. Oh goody, maybe some lightning shots??? NOT! It rained, and rained, and rained, so I took an extended nap and fell asleep to the rain pounding on the truck, actually I was out like a light. When I woke up the sun was getting low on the horizon and sun started to peek out from behind the clouds and I was greeted by this sight…
Over the next couple of hours I spotted 4 different rainbows, it was pretty cool.
I’m in Waukegan Illinois this morning and heading to who knows where, hopefully somewhere interesting..:-)

Cool idea. Maybe bugs don’t even think in those dimensions and never saw you in the first place.

Love the rainbows. I wish it would rain here! Garden is in need of some moisture. Sorry I missed your call this A.M., sleeping in which is rare for me.

I thought bugs had like 16 eyes or something, so shouldn’t there have been 16 of you in that picture?
